Q: May I have samples for testing firstly?

A: Yes. Some samples are free while the shipping cost should be on customer's account. Contact us for details.
Q: Can you make customized products?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM are acceptable. You can show us your sample or detailed spec/drawing while for customized items.
Q: How about the packing detail?

A: Products are packed by shrink film and then put into the carton. Private label, logo and packaging style also can be customized.
Q: What's your MOQ?

A: For our regular items, there is not strict MOQ requirement.
Q: What is your general lead time?

A: Normally 7 days for off-the-shelf products and 10-15 days for bulk production.
Q: What certificate do you have?

A: Our factory is ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSMS18001 certified.
